It has been my pleasure to work with Madeline Salocks over a period of two years (4/2000 through 3/2002) while under the employ of Overread Corporation. I served as Chief Technical Officer, while Madeline reported to me as a Senior Software Engineer.

During those two years at Overread, Madeline exceeded expectations both on a professional level and a personal level. I found her remarkably skilled technically which made her very flexible with regard to the types of projects I assigned her to manage. Her meticulous methodology saved a great deal of debugging time and saved the company an estimated 10% in engineering costs on all of the projects to which she was deployed. Madeline's greatest strength is in her ability to seemingly analyze processes from two different sides at the same time.
